How are my seeds shipped?
Orders are shipped in padded bubble mailers as First-Class mail through the Post Office. You'll receive a tracking code as soon as your seeds are shipped!
Detailed germination instructions are included with every purchase. We're also open to answering your questions about gardening, so feel free to shoot us a message if you'd like any tips!
How long will it take for my seeds to arrive?
We ship all orders within one business day of being purchased. If your purchase has tracking, it will be sent to you immediately so that you know exactly when your seeds will arrive.
Shipping generally takes between 3 - 5 business days for bubble mailers.
Our return and refund policy:
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. All orders are eligible for free returns within 30 days. If your item is lost in transit or damaged upon arrival, we'll gladly send a full refund right away. Just shoot us a message and we'll work out a solution.
