This is one of the earlier Dicken's Village buildings. It was made in 1995 and the signs on the building is more hand written rather than the printed signs of the current buildings. The building itself is in perfect condition. PLEASE NOTE: The bracket that holds the sign is missing. The sign IS included. The foam box that protects it, has some minor damage, but it holds and protects the building and light cord perfectly. The outer sleeve is a mess. It has water damage.
The building, lightcord, and bulb are all in perfect working order. If the house doesn't light up upon delivery, the bulb must have been damaged during transport. Not responsible for bulb working.
