Antique Limoges Planter Fab Gilded Panther Or Griffith Handles Jardinere. .. we believe this to be an unmarked Limoges planter , as we have had one similar years ago .. but there are no hallmarkings… this is a stunning planter with beautiful hand painted roses and fauna .. spectacular gilt gilded gold handles with Figural animal that looks like a Griffith or possibly panther like .. gorgeous heavily gilded rim ! .. measures about 6” across .. condition is nice considering the age and use .. some wear to inside and to bottom as commensurate with age .. very tiny wear on the gilt , extremely minimal but need to mention … also as photographed in lady picture very tiny fracture line that does not go thru to the other side .. wonderful desirable rare piece !.. thx for shopping debstergreen!
