Pair of Candles, 10" Tall, 4" Wide, Never Lit, Fabric Wrapped, Made in India

These candles have been out as decoration around the house, but have never been lit. The wicks are recessed about 5 inches from the top of the candle (see photo). They are maroon in color. Each candle weighs about 3 pounds.
