Having been in the Caravan Industry for over 40 years we have moved into the online space with an online shop. Our aim is to use our knowledge and expertise to assist caravanners with the right spare parts and accessories.

Over the years we have accumulated many hard to find spare parts and are authorised suppliers and distributors for all the major brands of Caravans and RV parts available in Australia.

If you need an unusual part and we don’t have it in stock we will do our best to find it and will order it in for you.

Shipping

We use Australia Post to ship our items. As we only sell items that are physically stocked in our warehouse, most items are dispatched same day or next business day, depending on the time your order is placed with us.

Australia Post is Australia's largest parcel mover, and their tracking system is readily visible and accessible. Express Post is an option to any purchaser if required, contact us and we can quote the additional cost for your item if it is super urgent.

Returns

FAULTY ITEMS: Please contact us within 30 days if you have a faulty item. If the item is found to be faulty a replacement part will be sent, and we will cover the return postage where necessary. We do not cover this outside 30 days of purchase. Please keep your eBay invoice/receipt as after 90 days eBay deletes them from our records, and we are no longer able to print a new one for you.
