Custom Pack Instructions
We now offer our customers the ability to customise our mixed needle packs, tailoring them more specifically to their needs. To ensure your order is processed in a timely we require you to follow the following instructions when placing orders for mixed packs:
- Ensure a comment/note is included with your order specifying the needles you require. Either reference the needle colour or the gauge when doing this. For example when ordering a 100 pack you should include something like: 25 x 14G, 25 x 15G, 20 x 18G, 20 x 22G, 10 x 27G.
- Needles must be ordered in multiples of 5
- A maximum of 20 of a single colour needle can be specified in a 50 pack. A maximum of 25 of a single colour needle can be specified in a 100 pack.
- Please ensure when specifying your needles, they total the correct amount.
Failure to follow the above instructions may delay the processing/despatch of your order.
