Große ornamentale Titel- und Meilenanzeigerkartusche, unten Verlegervermerk.

Die Karte stammt aus dem Atlas „Abbildung der gantzen Welt ..." von Gerard Mercator und Jodocus Hondius. Rückseitig deutscher Text.

 

ABMESSUNGEN
Blattgröße: 55,5 x 44,5 cm; Plattengröße: 50 x 38 cm.

ZUSTAND
In guter Erhaltung. Kräftiger Druck und festes Bütten. Im Rand stellenweise gering braunfleckig. 
Sehr dekoratives Exemplar.

Large ornamental title- and scale of miles-cartouche. In the lower Corner with publisher note.

This map came from the German atlas „Abbildung der gantzen Welt ..." by Gerard Mercator
and Jodocus Hondius. Verso with text in German.
 
MEASUREMENTS
Leaf: 55,5 x 44,5 cm; Plate: 50 x 38 cm.
 
CONDITION
In good condition. Strong print and strong handmade paper. Nice contemporary oldcolouring. 
In the margins some minimal brownstained. 
Looks good and very decorative.
