Shipping
Your item will be professionally and carefully packed by our skilled team at MD Autospares and will be dispatched within 3 days of payment (excluding weekends & public holidays).
For some products (ClimAir wind deflectors) please allow up to 14 days for dispatch and delivery. We will contact you if there is a delay with your delivery.
Postal Restrictions and charges
Smaller items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class.
Restrictions and surcharges will apply to items sent by Royal Mail to the following locations:
- Republic of Ireland
All other larger items are sent by Courier.
Restrictions and surcharges will apply to items sent by Courier (excluding tailored mats) to the following locations:
- Scottish Highlands & Islands
- Isle of Man
- Isle of Wight
- Scilly Isles
- Channel Islands
- Republic of Ireland
Courier deliveries to all of these locations will have a £35 surcharge added to the price.

Warranty & Returns
If you do not receive your item or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email within 14 days, and we will do all we can to replace or refund the item. Faulty goods will be replaced or we will refund you. Any faults must be reported immediately upon receipt of the item. We warranty that the goods are as described in the listing above.
