1989 Feng Dyi Ent. Corp. Police Patrol Car 818 Battery Operated Made In Taiwan.

Car does not do anything when batteries are inserted. Not sure what is wrong, there does not appear to be any corrosion. The light on top of the vehicle is loose on half of it. Hard to find. Please see photos for exact condition.
