A5:Extreme PIR Distance: 65ft/20 meters.Please note that 20 meters is the extreme distance.As long as the surroundings is open enough, and there are no obstructions before the camera. And the amplitude of animal movement is large enough to trigger the camera at a distance of 20 meters.

Q7:Why the camera not take photos at night and by day they come out pink?

A7:The camera collided fiercely during transportation, which may caused the IRCUT to deviate and jam.Which will cause the camera come out pink.

Please cover the lens of camera with your hand several times under the "test" model?please note that you should do this on "test" model.When the IRCUT reset,you will hear you will hear a clicking sound from Camera.

Or Please shake the camera vigorously a few times under the "test" model.When the IRCUT reset,you will hear you will hear a clicking sound from Camera.

Q8: Why the camera will become white screen?

A8: Reason 1st:The camera will become white screen under insufficient voltage.You need change another full power of batteries.

Reason 2:The camera will become white screen if it is in a Strong magnetic environment.

Reason 3: The cable of camera is loose.please contact us,we will send you a program of firmware Upgrade and Steps.

Q9:Why the camera will turn off automatically.

A9:The camera has automatic power-off device to save power of batteries.It will turn off automatically within 2 minute if you do not operate it under "Test" model. It will not turn off automatically if the camera under "on" model.

Q10:Why the screen doesn't light up？

A10: The screen will not light up under "on" model.It only light up under "Test" model.

Q11:Why the photo is no-color?

A11:Generally speaking,when the light sensor of Camera was blocked by something such as leaves,the video or photo will become discolored.And when the light of day or night is not strong enough,the camera also will become discolored.

Please check if there are something block the light sensor when it is working.

Q12: Can the USB used for battery charging？

A12: No,it can't.The USB is just use for reading data of SD card.Please note that it can not read data under "on" model.

Q13: Why the screen is twinkling?

A13: Reason 1st:The screen of camera will become twinkling under insufficient voltage.You need change another full power of batteries.

Reason 2: Camera was blocked by something swaying such as leaves back and forth.

Reason 3: The outside light is flickers,will cause twinkling of screen.

Reason 4:If you check the camera under "Test" model at night,sensor of camera will refresh automatically bacause of the twinkling LED backlight.

Q14：Takes multiple shots and turns off. When the sensors are triggered, the green indicator blinks, but the picture is not taken.

A14：First.If your green indicator blinks,it means that the camera is under "TEST" model.Please change the model "TEST" to model "on".

Second.If you set the camera to Interval shooting model or Time-lapse shooting model.The camera will not shoot untill a certain time. I suggest you restore the camera's factory settings.And then try one more time.
