Most intelligent grill temperature controller: Inkbird ISC-007BW is created for monitoring and automatic adjustment of the temperature
of the grill surface, it not only monitors the core temperature of the food and the temperature of the grill surface, but also controls the 
entire grill at the same time. A total of three sensors can be connected to the device. 1 sensor monitors the cooking chamber temperature and 2 sensors are intended for monitoring the core temperature.
 
Built-in powerful and adjustable fan: the built-in powerful fan automatically adjusts the fan speed to the changing grill temperature. If you now set a cooking temperature of 120 °C, and the temperature in the grill is 100 °C, the fan starts and ignites the embers, so that the temperature increases. If the temperature in the grill is too high, it remains switched off until the temperature in the grill has fallen to
the set value
