On offer here is an ORIGINAL, WATERCOLOR PAINTING BY AN ARTIST NAMED G. HAUKLAND' 

The work is rendered on 12 in x 16 in heavy cream stock art paper and is in excellent condition. The work is signed 'G. Haukland' and dated '10 for 2010. The work is titled in pencil horizontally in the left margin as 'Bunny Cottage'. 

We've not yet been able to confirm Haukland's first name or any other biological information about the artist other than they are a woman and they are originally from Minnesota. 

The work however, stands on its own as a decorative piece with good technical execution.
