Usage:

1. Wash hands before use

2. Open pouchand insert the pearls into the vagina(5-7cm depth)

3. Ensure that the string is unwrapped from each pearl as you will need it to remove them from thevagina once the detox cycle has been completed

4. Remove the tampons after 3 days and clean vagina with warm water

5. Please wait 24 hours before beginning another detox cycle
