It is an exclusive Carl Zeiss Prototype Distagon 45mm f/4 Wide Angle Lens which had been tailor modified into Mamiya 645 AF mount with infinity focusing. The lens can cover full frame of 645 format without any vignetting, and can focus to infinity with the lens elements to be free from any haze or fungus with clear optics. Included in this set up are the generic front and rear lens cap.
