PAYMENT TERMS:
We do not accept payment installments.
The entire payment needs to process and
clear before the shipment process can
begin. Payment must be received within
7 days of purchase.
RETURN POLICY:
We offer free returns within 30 days of
purchase. If you are not satisfied with your
item(s), please notify us before leaving
feedback so we can address the problem
and make it right. We allow a 30 day
window for you to return your item(s)
to receive your full refund. We will be
responsible for return shipping fees.
SHIPPING FREQUENCY:
Our shipping days are Monday through
Friday. We ship out within 3 business days.
You will receive a shipping
confirmation email to notify you when
we have shipped your item. Please
allow 3-7 business days for delivery
from the time your shipping
conformation email is received.
SHIPPING ADDRESS:
We ship only to the address on your
account. We will not ship to any
other address. There are no exceptions.
