For a nice plump cushion I recommend using a pad the same dimensions or slightly larger than the cover or for a softer more relaxed look a pad slightly smaller than given dimensions
I have used a well filled 40cm x 60cm feather pad with same dimensions as the cover in these photos to create a nice plump cushion
