Lens will be shipped with both end caps and soft case. Just as pictured. You get lens itself only.

Cosmetic condition:

Lens has been used, but it looks near mint. I don't see anything damaged. It shows light wear on exterior. Front and rear glass looks great. It is not scratched. Lens has no visible dust specs inside. No hazing or fungus. Glass is very clean, and very bright.
