Damages & Returns: Any damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your package. A photo of the damage is required in order to qualify for a refund.  If you want to return an item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued once we have the item back. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We cannot refund the original cost of postage unless it is negligence on our part.
