Up for Sale:  "Johnny the Strongman" collector plate, The third issue in the "McClelland Children's Circus" Plate Collection by artist John McClelland, commissioned by Reco International and made by the Edwin M. Knowles China Company, and distributed by the Bradford Exchange.  It was issued in 1983 and is number C17391.  Comes with certificate of authenticity and pamphlet in original box.  It is like new, in original box, with no flaws found.  See picture.
