2LP black vinyl in gatefold. Two years ago, the music world had to say goodbye to one of its great representatives: Edgar Froese, the composer, musician, progressive and electronic pioneer and Tangerine Dream founder, died at the age of 70.

Shortly before his death, however, Froese was working on a new album, developing a concept and even recording some parts. With »Quantum Gate«, this album will be released in 2017, which the other members of Tangerine Dream completed in his spirit.

The result is an Elektonica album that inspires with progressive and atmospheric sounds and diverse synth sounds.

The last Tangerine Dream album under Edgar Froese. »Quantum Gate« is the musical legacy of the Berlin School legend.
