This is one of a number of 18th-19th Century buckles I am listing at the moment from a huge old collection. Most are fabulous Georgian and just into the early Victorian period. Most are made from polished steel or brass and some are sterling silver / silver plate and occasionally gold mounted. Many are set with paste stones of varying size. Some are really elaborate and outstanding rare to find these days. Most are complete with their steel hinged pins inside the buckle and some have the lever to pop them out. A rare collection.

There are pairs as well as single buckles. Some do have paste stones missing! see all the photographs and please ASK questions before bidding.

This is an antique buckle made from non ferrous base metal with paste stone detailing.

No maker's marks etc.

Please see pictures provided for more details and visual confirmation of condition.
