Standard Delivery
The standard itsolutionsli delivery service is usually 1-3 days from date of order, in exceptional cases delivery could be upto 7 days for larger order such as Cables . Orders must be placed before 3pm, otherwise they will be processed the following working day.
Free Delivery
All orders are sent Free delivery unless you choose express . Please note that some orders may require a signature and at seasonal time of the year or due to the current covid outbreak you may have a slight delay but tracking will be provided for all shipments

Returs
Any returns need to be processed through the ebay system once approved the return needs to be sent back in original packaging un- used if the product has been fitted this will void any return .If we have made an error we will pay for collection however you if you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong part you will need to pay the cost to return
