  • 1. We offer 30-day return. If you are not satisfied with the goods, you can return it by paying return postage fee. Returns MUST be made IN SUITABLE PACKAGING AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THEY WERE DELIVERED IN. Or we will not refund to you or resend to you.
    In the unlikely event that your items are damaged during delivery:
  • 2. Please inspect the order BEFORE signing for the receipt of the delivery – Once your order is out for delivery please be prepared to inspect the items before signing for receipt of the goods, due to the insurance on the delivery ending the moment that the delivery note has been signed.
  • 3. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and we will request pictures of the damage so that we can investigate the cause and severity before dispatching free replacement parts.
  • 4. We reserve the right to request pictures of damages or the return of the original faulty/damaged part. If the part can be repaired we will happily send the repaired item back to you with delivery charges prepaid by us. Where a part cannot be repaired, a replacement item will be sent back to you at our cost.

1.All items, unless highlighted otherwise, are dispatched with a 24 hour delivery service and are usually delivered next day, however, there can be exceptions where parcels are delayed. Next day delivery is for working business days Monday to Friday. Deliveries to surcharge postcodes may take a bit longer. Please ensure somebody is in to take the delivery on the day, if unsure of delivery day please message us. Although, we will not be able to give you a specific time.  

2.It is buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address which must be same as your PayPal address when making the order.  
We will provide tracking number for your parcel so you can track the progress online. 
Failure to take delivery may result in additional charges. 
Once the item has already been dispatched from our UK distribution centre, changing your delivery address isn't usually possible,
