Q3: What's the hand-sewn service?
A3: The hand-sewn service is to help the people who don't have enough time to sew a complete bag/keychain/purse etc, we can sew it to a finished one by hand for you from the semi-finished kit. Please note that:
1) For the service of the custom color and logo design (some products are available), also the hand-sewn service may need extra fee, contact us details before you order;
2) Extra 3 ~ 7 working days might be needed to prepare your custom service;
3) Be aware that your custom product will not be accepted refund except quality problems.
