This is a Royal Winton (Grimwades Pottery) china jar and lid, one of the company's Chintz range from the mid-20th century and since.

The jar measures approx. 15.5cms high (without lid) and approx. 20cms including the lid.

The diameter at its widest point is approx. 12cms.

The lid has a pale green handle and that colour is repeated around the lid rim and on the top and bottom of the jar.

It is in general good condition; there are no apparent cracks or chips, no marks or crazing.
