If you are returning a merchandise, please make sure it is in the original condition, including the box,  packaging, and all accessories. It may be denied if the product has been altered from its original condition.

Defective, damaged or mis shipped items are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please provide customer service with photographs clearly showing the problem with the items. In case the item is defective on the way of shipment, please inform us within 30 days of receipt, we will arrange the replacement or refund. We will take the responsibility for the return postage after we confirmed it is the problem of our products. We are unable to buy a shipping label at your local.
