Very cute and flattering 1970’s bell bottoms from Saks Fifth Avenue! They measure at a 28w, and that’s the absolute max. Would probably be better for a 27/27.5w. There are 2 spots on the front right leg, and 2 on the back of that leg that have not been treated, so they may life easily. Other than that, these are in flawless condition!
