How Do I Return an Item?

Unless an item is faulty, received in error or not as described you are responsible for the return postage and package costs. We strongly recommend that you get a certificate of postage from the Post Office, as should the items not reach us, you will be able to claim compensation from Royal Mail. These are usually free of charge. We are not able to refund items should they fail to reach us.
