Please ask questions BEFORE BIDDING OR PURCHASING. I am not a licensed appraiser. Many previously-owned and loved items may show signs of wear consistent with their age. For glass, ceramics, and pottery, there may be imperfections that are a result of the manufacturing or creating process and/or loss caused by normal use. This doesn't always affect the integrity of a piece, and sometimes enhances it. I do my best to note any defects. But, please let me know if there is something I missed that upsets or concerns you.

Many of my items I've obtained from estate sales, yard sales, thrift stores and/or auctions. I do my best to research items before listing them.  But there are times when information is limited. I do my best to describe items and will make refunds if there is a major error in the item description. Refunds are made for the original bid price only. Shipping is NOT included unless the error is mine.

PLEASE NOTE: If there is a problem with your order, please contact me before you file a dispute or leave negative feedback.  I will do anything I can to rectify the situation. I pack your item(s) to be shipped with much care and as much protection/cushioning as is needed to protect your item(s). Sometimes that adds to my cost, but it is worth it to me when your item(s) arrives in the condition you were expecting. However, there are times when through the transportation of the item(s) something can break.  Please do not open a dispute for an item damaged in transit as "not as described" and please do not request a return. Most items will be insured up to $100 through USPS Ground Advantage. For all other methods of shipment I strongly suggest adding insurance for items over $100 and items which are delicate/fragile. Insurance costs very little and provides much-needed protection.
