Riddell throwback 2 bar mini helmet signed by Green Bay Packers LB/FB Phil Vandersea.  Vandersea was a member of the Packers Super Bowl I Championship team under Vince Lombardi.  Mint signature in black sharpie.  Vandersea added his number "#37" and the inscription "SB I Champs 1/15/67".  Comes with a JSA COA and matching numerical sticker.  100% authentic. Obtained at a private signing in Waukesha, WI on February 21, 2009.  One of the harder to find Packers signatures.  Buyer pays $7.95 for secure shipping and insurance.
