It was manufactured by Johnson and Johnson in New Brunswick, NJ U.S.A. It has all original contents that have never been used and some still in original packaging. Contents included in the box include (1) syringe - it comes in two parts that you put together as shown in the photos above. (2) Two 10cc glass barrels - there are some markings on one of the barrels. (3) An additional smaller syringe. (4) Replacement needle with the needle holder.
