THE PANNED GOLD IN THE PHOTO IS AN ACTUAL 2 OZ PACKET, NOT SOME CONCOCTION LIKE THE OTHER OFFERINGS I HAVE SEEN.  Your 4 oz packet should contain about 1 gram of fine gold and small nuggets.  Remember melt for gold today is over $70/ gram ($2300./oz)

It is best to pan in bright sunlight as the sun will highlight the gold. Each bag is inspected visually to insure it contains gold nuggets and fines before shipping.  The two pan photos are average yield per 2 oz concentrate.  ARIZONA (ARID ZONE) does not use traditional water sleuthing unless the water is trucked to the site or a well is drilled, which is quite costly in the desert. Dry blowers are used to recover these gold nuggets and fines instead of panning which is time consuming.

Goldfield Ghost Town and mine are within a few miles from historic Superstition Mountain and produced hundreds of millions of Gold from 1892 to 1910.  It was aptly named the "Gateway to the Superstition Mountains.  Legends of the "Lost Dutchman Mine" somewhere in the Superstitions increases the lore and fascination with the gold rich area east of Phoenix.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns as in the past unscrupulous buyers removed the gold and sent back the dirt, for a refund.  A few have ruined it for the many!
