Vintage Antique 2 Silver Spoons Lion Hall Mark Silverware

. Silver Spoons have three Hall Marks, I can read the Lion Hall Mark but cannot read the other two. The Marker Mark is S. F. Phelps. Handles have initials- see pics. The bowls have bents from use. Together spoons weigh 24 grams and are 5 1/2 inches long.
