Some (but not all) crystals may have some rough cave “druzy” areas. Due to the delicate nature of crystals a small area can chip away naturally exposing the raw unpolished / druzy areas. This is normal and natural therefore refunds cannot be issued for these occurrences. 

**However if a crystal is damaged or chipped - this will be listed in the title and the item will be listed at a reduced price**
