After the buyer confirms the payment, the items are shipped within 1 working day, Monday-Friday. If the buyer makes the order on weekend the item will be shipped on Monday. To provide with the most convenient conditions, we compulsorily provide the tracking information for any item you order.

The items sent to EU will be delivered within 1-2 week. In case of international shipping, the order will arrive in about 3 weeks. The order may arrive in 4 weeks for rare situations. Thus, if you hesitate that your order may be missing, you are recommended to wait one more week before you try to get some information on your item from us.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with our products and want to return it, please note the following:

·       The seller will pay shipping Costs only if the item is returned because of a sellers Mistake. Otherwise, The buyer is the one who is responsible for the return postage.

·       It is recommended to use the service of tracked delivery. You are responsible for the delivery of the item that you return. If the seller does not receive the item you sent, he has the rights to refuse to give the refund.
