Description: I need help identifying this circa 1900 automobile and the man in the center who obviously is the creator of these cars. Note, they are chain drive, artillery style heavy wood wheels, engine NOT in front but under seat, upright round steering wheel. I have viewed many hundreds of vintage cars and cannot identify this one. I will leave this up for a few days after someone tells me and let others know. Thank you.
