Filter will be mailed as pictured, with plastic case. Filter is new and never been used.  Filter looks very nice, it is not damaged. I don't see any scratches. Resin is free of fungus or haze. It is in new condition. 
 
Please note that it seems to be generic brand, not Cokin made. 
Please note that this is a drop in type filter for Cokin M system, filter size is 84X95mmmm.
