This is a vintage .999 fine silver proof ingot from The New Millennium Group. Produced by the Franklin Mint, the ingot comes in its original box with certificate of authenticity which is serial numbered 51331.
The ingot has an image of Liberty on the front and a flying eagle on the other.
No dates from what I can see but I'm assuming it's from the year 2000 if it's all to do with the millennium.

This was quite hard to photograph because it's super shiny.
