Macadamia nuts are one of the most edible fruits packed with many important nutrients.

They are found in the rainforests of the east coast of North Eastern Australia, but also in several other areas such as Hawaii, Central America, Brazil and parts of South Africa. The macadamia tree can reach about 15 meters in height. 

Macadamia nuts are a good source of protein. They contain all the essential amino acids. And they are a very good source of selenium. They are very tasty with a mild sweet buttery taste and crunchy texture.

They are rich in vitamin B and they also contain vitamins A and E.
