Cheaper versions and knock-offs of these products are mass produced in factories (wholesale) using generic recipes, synthetic fragrances, plastic fibres, unethically sourced materials etc. and made with questionable methods. But NOT ours!

Ours, are made in the traditional way that has been passed down from one generation to the other, and specially crafted just for you! Nevertheless, we do try indeed to keep our prices as low as possible for you to enjoy the products and supplies you want at an affordable price.

Shipping

We usually ship all orders within 2 working days, in order to give time to our customers to make any changes in their order or cancel accidental purchases.

Returns and Refunds 

If you decide to return an item or your entire order, please do so within 48 hours of the delivery date and time. When we get the returned product/order, you will receive a full refund equal to the value of the item(s) you returned (minus the initial postage fees) if said item(s) arrive in the original mint condition, or a partial refund if they arrive damaged as they can't be re-sold.

So please be careful with the packaging.

Items made of natural ingredients such as oils, perfumes, herbal mixes, powders etc. are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

You are responsible for the return postage fees.

   Changes and Cancellations 

If you decide to make any changes in your order or cancellations, please do so within 24 hours of the checkout. After this period the order might be shipped and changes or cancellations will not be possible.

After a successful cancellation, you will receive a full refund of the entire order minus the transaction fees and package cost if the order was already packed and ready for shipment.?
