When will my item be delivered?

The usual delivery time once your order has been dispatched is 3-5 days to most metropolitan areas but can take up to 14 days for some regional areas. For a more accurate time frame please contact us.

Which postal service do you use?

Most Parts are sent by Team Global Express (https://teamglobalexp.com/) Some of the other carriers we use are Australia Post and Bluestar. The postal carrier is selected as per the size and weight of your order.

What is the dispatch time?

After receiving your order confirmation email, orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Parts that cannot be sent to P. O Boxes. Couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes so we require a residential or business address and contact phone number.

Is there International Shipping?

Unfortunately, international shipping is not a service we offer.

What is your return policy?

All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unless faulty) within 30 days of the purchase date. Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or may not be accepted (unless faulty). Please use due diligence in checking hard parts for correct fitment before removing them from the packaging. You should usually be able to compare the new item with the old/broken item while it is still in the manufacturerâs packaging. Please ensure all returned items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty).

What if my product is faulty?

We will provide a replacement part or unit free of charge or refund the purchase price at our discretion for faulty products returned to us within 30 days of purchase date subject to:

• Prior to returning the part or unit, you must contact us.
• The product has not been damaged or tampered with in any way.
• Inspection and/or testing by us of the returned product.

When sending back a part or unit we advise you to use a freight service that insures & tracks the part â we cannot be held responsible for it until it has been received back by us

Who pays for shipping for a change of mind?

Returns due to change of mind or incorrect selection; the buyer will cover shipping costs of the returned product. Items will only be accepted if they are returned new & unused. Do make sure that you have raised and returned the product within 30 days from the order date. Do contact us to help you out with the return.

What happens if you have been sent an incorrect part?

In the event of sending the incorrect part, we usually require the return of the item before sending the correct one. However, please make sure that you inform us within three days of receiving the part. We will replace the item once the wrong part has been received back by us.

What if the part I received is damaged in transit?

Upon receiving your parts, we kindly ask that you inspect them promptly and notify us immediately if any goods have been damaged during transit. Please contact us first so that we can work with you to determine the most effective way to remedy the situation. We may require evidence such as pictures in order to file a claim against the carrier.

Do you offer a lifetime warranty?

The supplied products are fully warranted to the original/first owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime. If the product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product (without charge), replace it, or refund, it at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, modification, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Regrettably, we are unable to provide a pick-up option currently.

We do not have an express post available, unfortunately.

Do you provide fitting instructions?

Fitting instructions for our products are included with the shipment of the product if required.

Does your company install the products if required?

We regret to inform you that we are unable to offer installation services for products purchased from our company.

How do I cancel an order?

You can only cancel an order if it is not shipped from our warehouse. Please cancel the order via eBay and our team will work on the cancellation and the refund.
