Edwardian Period Lady Half Doll

      Material: Painted Glazed China.

      Features: This following listing is a half doll with defined fingers and detailed facial features.  Curl and comb marks in light blond hair.  Hair-style is of Edwardian Period of early 1900s and is very detailed.  Doll has arms/hands, painted hair with burgandy comb with teeth marks and beaded band in hair. I've tried to show additional photographs with this feature. This deep shoulder plate has defined arms /fingers, hands raised up by her chest and right hand to her hair by comb.  Coloring is quite beautifully applied.  Below waist she flares outward where she has sew holes.  Paint is over glaze.

      Size: This doll is approximately 3 5/8 inches (9.25 cm) height. She will easily fit in a regular box which will be well padded, but the box will also be listed fragile.

      Age: 1930-40s.

      Condition: Condition is subjective but item is used, probably displayed for a long time.  Upper right upper arm in front has a burgandy dot, ( could be factory flaw or beauty mark) under glaze.  Could be painting of comb and beaded band over the glaze.  Otherwise, she is quite beautiful and delicate.  I may not have caught everything so please rely on pictures as part of description.
