Commodore CBM 4040 Dual Floppy Disk Drive Dual Drive Powers On - Estate Sale SOLD AS IS

Unit is in nice condition especially considering its age. Tested to power on and green light on left drive lights and drive seeks, then stops as expected since there is no disk to load. 

There is a board as shown in picture that extends outside the case, with some toggle switches on it. I have no idea what that is for.
