This is a special edition with 21 pages of Calco's own manuscripts bound in after the text paper of the limited edition of 215 copies (one copy only).

The binding by Rene Aussourd, a famous French bookbinder, is also of high quality, with leather binding at the spine corners, gilt-stamped spine lettering, flat marbled paper pasted, marbled paper pasted on the front and rear endpapers, and the original front cover bound in. This is a highly recommended book.
