They are currently New in the Box, however if there is a requirement to set them up and test them in advance then we are happy to do this for you at no extra charge, and to be honest we prefer this as it avoids any out of box failure disappointments; we do repackage exactly as they were from the factory before despatch. The are UK models and come with an electronic UK Coin Mechanism at no extra charge
The Insider Connected kits are all installed to allow players to use the Stern App for tournaments and awards

Shipping is via pallet freight or collection, under normal circumstances, and we can arrange for delivery and installation but the latter is negotiable, depending upon location, times, day of week etc
Machines are available for inspection by appointment, and we are based in Cramlington, Northumberland - full details are available and verified on google - normal opening hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm but can be available on a weekend also if required.
