Leen is the ruler of the land of the West Wind and the Phantom Saint of the Blue Dragon. Her figure is about 7 inches tall.   Also included are the 4 sacred orbs of the Blue Dragon that give her mystical powers, and her little guardian angel Shiki, who measures only 2 inches tall.
