On offer, we have an etching created by Western artist Edward Borein (1872-1945). This is from an original copper plate never printed by Borein; but, found and titled by Harold G. Davidson and included in his book "Edward Borein: The Update" published in 1991. John Anthony Miller, noted etcher and engraver carefully printed a small number of etchings from the original plate. It is signed in pencil on the back "First Edition", "Chasing A Longhorn No. 2" and "John Anthony Miller Imp-4/95 for Edward Borein". On 300 pound textured off-white Somerset paper this measures 10" X 11" with the image 4" X 5". This comes with John Anthony Miller's letter of authenticity.
This print in pristine condition. The etching has a deep imprint and is bold, clean and clear. As I am not an expert on art, please view my photographs for more description.
My elegant friend is moving to a much smaller home and parting with some of her treasures.
