•Batteries are only covered under a warranty period of 3 months due to wear and tear. All batteries are professionally tested to ensure battery health is at a fully working standard before dispatch.
Faults/Scenarios NOT Covered Under 12 Months Warranty
•Battery related faults that occur after 3 months of warranty has surpassed.
•Self-inflicted damage such a damaged screens bent Frames/bezels.
•Returns lost in the post without proof of postage.
•Wear and Tear – (Battery after 3 Months), accessories.
•Postage Reimbursements
•Phones Returned With An Apple ID.
•Phones that have had repairs completed from an outside source without our authorisation.
Additional Warranty Information
•If a handset is returned to us with an Apple ID on the device, we will need cooperation from the customer in order to have this removed or the warranty will be voided and a refund will not be issued.
•Phones that have been returned to us for a fault covered under the warranty but arrives back to us with a self inflicted damaged screen or camera lens will void the warranty and will be sent back to the customer.
•Replacements will be arranged in a similar cosmetic condition to the returned handset.
•If a handset is returned for a repair but is deemed as uneconomical to repair, a replacement handset will be issued.
•We are not liable if a handset is deemed unrepairable and the phones data cannot be retreived.
•Our warranty covers replacements and repairs only. Refunds are only available within 30 days of purchase under our return policy NOT our warranty.
•Handsets returned in a lower cosmetic condition grade than purchased with will be replaced with handsets of a similar grade to the return.
•If your return does not fall into the ‘Not Covered’ category, your warranty will be accepted and a replacement or a repair will be organised within 0-2 days upon receiving the return back to our return address.
•To claim warranty, please send us a message via eBay's messaging system and a customer service representative will be at your assistance between 0-2 working days.
Please note majority of orders will be delivered by Royal Mail but we may sometimes use other couriers such as UKMail, UPS for delivery based on your location. We pick couriers carefully to ensure you receive your order on time and we are confident couriers we choose will offer an excellent service and we are very pleased to have them on board.
The courier chosen to deliver your parcel will depend on the size and weight of the goods you have purchased along with your location. As soon as your order has been dispatched we will email you with the details of the courier along with your tracking number. How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?
All of our listings have free delivery to UK mainland addresses (Except addresses in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Highlands and Islands) and use our standard Royal Mail 1st class delivery service. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email which will contain a parcel tracking number and details of the courier used.
If your parcel has not arrived within the time frame you received on the despatch email please not it can sometimes take a little longer to deliver, please give it extra 7 working days and also check with your neighbours and local sorting office to check if they have it waiting for you.
UK Deliveries
We send all orders Via Royal Mail First Class Post or Express courier delivery so it should have been with you within 1-3 working days of postage, however it can sometimes take a little longer to deliver, please give it a 7 working days and also check with your neighbours and local sorting office to check if they have it waiting for you.

1.0 - If you no longer want the product you purchased, kindly send an email from the eBay system. Please note the item has to be in its original condition as received and unopened. For security and health and safety reasons we will not be able to accept returns of products that have been used.
1.1 - If the item is faulty, we will give you an option to choose for a full refund or replacement item to be sent.
1.2 - Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance if purchased in error. We will only refund or replace item that is returned back to us.
Please note: if you have opened/unsealed the product itself, e.g. shrink wrapping, you may lose your right to return it in certain circumstances.
Wrong Products received
This is rare as we use state of the art systems to pick and pack orders. If you find that you have not received correct goods please email us using eBay’s Messaging system and we will arrange free return of incorrect goods and fast shipment of correct goods to you as quickly as possible. In instances where the product you ordered is no longer available and we are unable to source a like-for-like replacement a refund will be issued.
Goods are faulty on arrival
If you find that your goods are faulty on arrival, then you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. Please note that you must contact us within 28 days of receipt of the order. In instances where we are unable to source a like-for-like replacement a refund will be issued.
Goods have become faulty during use
If your goods become faulty after delivery, and goods are still within the warranty period, then you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. You will in most instances be required to contact the manufacturer directly to obtain a replacement or get your goods repaired.
You Have Simply Changed Your Mind (Distance Selling Regulations)
If you have ordered goods from us, but then simply decided that you wish to cancel your order, you are entitled to do so and have any payment that you have paid to us refunded.
In order to return an unwanted item, the following criteria must be met:
- You must have contacted us in writing within 7 working days of receipt
- If the product is computer software, game or an audio/video recording it must be unopened/unsealed
- The item must be returned complete with ALL accessories and manuals / guides including free gifts
- The item must be in the original box and packaging
It is your responsibility to return the goods to us in a safe and secure manner and at your cost.
If there are any other issues with your order that are not covered above, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
