Bedford Heavy Unit and Trailer Pump Fire Engine

With working steering and articulated trailer, the model is based on the Leyland-powered Gwynne pump mounted on a Bedford WL 2-ton chassis fitted with side lockers and a crew shelter.  The generic trailer pump is similar to a Coventry Climax unit.  It demonstrates the level of realism and prototypical accuracy that can be achieved even within the limits of a pre-1971 Set 9 with the addition of a few common parts.
