How to use:
1. Take out the foot stickers and film in the bag and tear them apart from the small strips.
2. Paste the whiter side of the product in the middle of the film.
3. Clean the skin of the feet before use (recommended to use while sleeping).
4. Align the Yongquan acupoint with the foot for a smooth fit.
5. Tear off the release strip, press lightly and stick it firmly.
6. After use, use it for 6-8 hours each time.
7. Gently tear it off and wipe the adhesive part of the sole with a paper towel or a damp hot towel.
